Meanwhile, the Jedi council ask Senator Bail Organa of Alderaan and Representative Jar Jar Binks of Naboo to enter into talks with King Katuunko of Toydaria. Before they can convince the King to allow them to use Toydaria as a staging area to aid the beleaguered Twi'leks, Trade Federation Senator, Lott Dodd does his best to derail the negotiations.
